Frequently Asked Questions
An escape room is a game room featuring real-life quests. In our games each group is enclosed in a room and is given 60 minutes to win the game by solving puzzles, quizzes and brain teasers using strategy, creativity and logic.
We offer Open Booking that keeps the room available to anyone wanting to book, at $22.50 ea. We also offer Private Booking that allows small (4 and less) groups to be affordable yet private with a surcharge for the reduced capacity. Each player after 4 is$20 ea. The best of both worlds of booking! Be on the lookout for promotional codes on our Facebook page, and around town on flyers too.
We offer Gift Certificate codes that can be purchased and given as gifts. Redeeming a code is simply done during checkout for the reservation, and can be redeemed at any time. You can purchase a gift certificate by clicking here .
Yes. All of our games are timed, and have a maximum number of participants, so you must schedule in advance so you know you’re getting the time frame you want, while letting us know that you’re coming so you can be sure you have a spot.
You can schedule your session with us by selecting the "Escape Room", day and time through our booking page.
Our rooms are filled, scheduled and prepared for you, so cancelling is not recommended. However, depending on how early you book, there is opportunity to reschedule or cancel up 10 days prior to the booking with refund.
Absolutely. A large number of groups make special events with us for team building, camaraderie, and social fellowship.
The rooms are open to book until they reach capacity or booked as Private Booking. If you don’t book all the spots, or book as a Private Booking, you could be playing alongside unknown players. But don’t worry, they’re all in it for the fun experience too.
Our games are on a fixed schedule. Show up at least 10 minutes early to get comfortable and hear about the game. Doors shut promptly at the scheduled time. The game is over when you either complete all the puzzles inside and reach the finale, or your time runs out after 60 minutes and we open the doors.
Because these sessions are scheduled with a fixed number of participants and a fixed time frame, if you show up late, expect to be turned away so you don’t interrupt the other participants who arrived in a timely manner. A late arrival is not grounds for a refund. You’re on time if you show up 10 minutes early.
With adult supervision, children from 10 – 17 are welcome to play. We ask that you use discretion, as younger children can sometimes get impatient and be disruptive. Teenagers tend to have a lot of fun trying to escape and can get competitive with adults. Some of our records have been set by teens.
We want you to have fun, so don’t struggle too much. We have an interactive clue system and it is ready to help you at your command.
If you run out of time before the final puzzle is completed, don’t worry, we’ll let you out anyway.
